All the questionnaires and reports are handled online - and all your and your users need to be able to use the system is a web browser and an email account. There is no software to download and the system has been designed to be compatible with any standard corporate desktop IT regime.

We can work with you to develop a competency model of appropriate behavioural indicators. Or you can simply insert your existing framework.
