We have developed a suite of techniques that improve the effectiveness of staff engagement, innovation and continuous improvement programmes. They avoid the obstacles of classic top-down corporate 'initiatives'. Instead, our approach builds trust and the capacity for change at all levels within organisations. We run workshops for Directors as well as staff engagement events for all employees.
Coaching, Feedback and Management Training
Our research-based methods provide a platform for improvement
and development. We work with senior and middle managers and
combine coaching and feedback with support on developmental

Succession, Assessment and Development
For recruitment, selection and ongoing succession planning/talent management we have expertise in designing and implementing the whole spectrum of assessment activity: 360° feedback, behavioural interview, assessment and development centres.
Surveys for attitude, culture and climate
Gauging opinions and underlying causes of problems through our comprehensive
approach to surveys. We combine standard questionnaires with
focus groups interviews and workshops to collect qualitative
and quantitative data. We then design the most effective methods
